"We stayed for one night at the Steading on a last minute break. Our usual B&B was fully booked and we're so glad it was or we would never have discovered this perfect haven. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom which gives direct access onto the loggia where we were able to to sit and enjoy the late afternoon sun. Our bedroom was warm, bright and beautifully decorated in quiet muted colours and we enjoyed such a great nights sleep in the comfort and quietness of our surroundings. Breakfast was fabulous - all the produce was local and freshly cooked - and was served at a table overlooking the garden with the mountains beyond as a backstop - absolutely stunning. We cannot recommend the Steading or the hospitality shown by our hosts highly enough. Don't hesitate to visit."
